Shangri La has got to be one of the warmest hotel experiences I have personally experienced. We were a family of 4 adults and one toddler and we stayed for 3 nights. Right from its strategic location to its service oriented staff to its clean and comfortable rooms, everything was on point. I am especially amazed at the level of personalisation and the warmth that each staff member exudes. I want to specially mention the awesome Emircan who helped with our luggage and get us inducted into the room. Shangri La at the Bosphorus follows exceptional standards of guest comfort. Highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Istanbul.

The food is excellent. The hotel is relatively new. I booked a suite but it didn’t come with a bathtub! How weird. The room was excellent. The food was amazing. The in-house hotel Shang Palace is a must. They serve some serious Chinese food. One of the best I have had.

Everything about the hotel was amazing, they saved no efforts to go above and beyond The staff were amazingly professional and welcoming ( Yusuf, Karina and Oner) specially. Small details in the room like the heated towels rack, heated mirrors, bathroom TV being connected to the room TV, the way bedsheets are done, the way house keeping done the room. Such small details made a huge difference The breakfast menu was amazing with large range of well prepared foods our kid loved the restaurant and called it his favorite ever.

I throughly enjoyed my stay in the Shangri-La. - Loved the location, the comfortableness of our rooms and the hotel itself. Very tastefully decorated. - I also enjoyed the variety of the breakfast food! And how delicious it was. - The staff made our stay lovely as well. Specially Ali from the reception team and Ertam the doorman were super helpful and friendly! - Lastly, try the spa especially the Turkish Hamam and you will thank me later!

every thing is very good but few of the staff dont speek english on my arrival day there was a marathon, the main street was closed, the hotel never contacted me for advise ?? i called them because the taxi driver said he will drop me avbout 10 minutes away. it was difficult because i have 2 big bags and 2 carry on ?? when i arrived i asked the guard outside the gate to help me with the lugage he refuse ? the hotel should have sent a porter to help with my luggage at the location given to my taxi.
